To Detox or Not to Detox
Simply stated, detoxification is the process of cleansing the body's lymphatic system of accumulated substances it cannot metabolize, such as:
- Undigested proteins
- Acid-forming minerals
- Mucoid plaque
These accumulated substances are a result of years of poor eating, improper food combining, ingestion of toxins, sedentary lifestyles, and environmental factors. The Standard American Diet is a diet that is largely composed of:

- Chemical Additives (non-organic produce, GMOs, pesticides, food additives, etc)
